Usage of map contexts would be faster if the xml was read from files instead of generated by drupal.
Only when a map context changes, the file needs to be rewritten.

The proxy variable should also include the parameter ?url=. This way, a different proxy can use a different parameter. To be compatible with the current situation, if a query string is missing, ?url= is assumed.
